Absolutely great pair of trousers and the cut and fit are excellent. I’m a 33” waist 31” inside leg and they fit perfectly for my style, which is a preference for a looser (but not baggy) fit, which seems to suit the style of these trousers. This is a great company that has taken on board feedback about logistics and in particular, tracking improvements and say they are working hard to address the issues. I will therefore definitely be ordering from them again

There was a lot of email traffic between you and me as the trousers were horribly delayed. In the end, they arrived after you suggested revised delivery date and I was not able to wear them for the event, as I had planned. I ordered two sizes, to ensure I had the correct size for the event. There is no returns label inside the packaging, so I now need to follow up on that. On the plus side, I rather like the product. Sadly, good products are not all we experience when making a purchase and there is a lot that needs to improve here.
